Thomas O’Malley, a resident of Greenwich and Palm Seashore, Fla., has been appointed interim chair of Manhattan College’s Board of Trustees.
He is replacing William Dooley, who is stepping down as chair but remaining on the board.
O’Malley was previously chair between 2007 and 2012. In 2018, he gave the faculty a $25 million gift to its College of Organization, the largest gift in the college’s record. He is a member of the Course of 1963.
