MILLERSBURG − Holmes County commissioners on Monday authorized a tax incentive offer for a nearby business enterprise that is growing.

Luxcraft in Walnut Creek Township was awarded a 50{dd3cf16dc48cbccde1cb5083e00e749fe70e501950bc2e0dea1feff25a82382f} tax break for 10 years less than an organization zone arrangement that will see the business enterprise build a $1.1 million, 35,000 square-foot addition and insert 3 new employment, though retaining 39 full-time staff, in accordance to the county’s Economic Growth Director, Mark Leininger.

The business — which can make out of doors furnishings, like outdoor buildings and poly furnishings — also strategies to devote an further $350,000 in products, Leininger mentioned.

The new setting up would link the present output facility to the firm’s raw components warehouse, Leininger reported.
