N.J. a step closer to requiring licenses for home improvement contractors to weed out bad actors

A proposed regulation that would involve new contractors to finish training and move an test right before they could get a license to do dwelling enhancement or dwelling elevation operate in New Jersey is a stage nearer to landing on Gov. Phil Murphy’s desk.
