The University of Nevada, Reno Extension Douglas County Learn Gardeners method hosts their 2nd annual Seed Swap 9 a.m.- midday Saturday at the UNR Extension Douglas County office, 1325 Waterloo Lane in Gardnerville.

Pollinator backyard garden classes start out Feb. 4

Beginning the first Saturday in February, the UNR Master Gardeners host a 4-class collection titled, “Plant a Pollinator Backyard garden in a Weekend.” Presenters will include a range of different subjects from yard design and style to cultivating a room to entice particular species.
